My certificate or membership is still under review

If your certificate or membership is still under review, it means it is waiting for manual validation by an operator.

It will be checked in good time before the event date, but we cannot give a precise timeline. Once validated, you will receive the outcome at the email address entered in the registration form.

If you do not hear back in time, bring a paper copy of the document with you when collecting your bib.

If the status is “Rejected”

Check that you uploaded a membership or medical certificate valid on the event date.

FIDAL case: if you have already renewed your annual membership but it still shows as rejected, check that the medical certificate linked to your membership is still valid. To re-enable the card you must send the valid certificate to your sports club: this cannot be done on ENDU. Only after your club has updated the card on the federation’s portal can the card be used again.

The change from “Rejected” to “Verified” is not instant: once verified, you will receive a status update email.
