How do I use a discount code during registration

The discount code is entered at the end of the registration flow, on the payment page.

1. Go to the event page and start your registration, choosing the fee you want.
2. Continue through the form, entering the participant’s details and any other requested information.
3. On the final payment page, below the summary of the participant you entered, you will find the Enter discount code button.
4. Click it and enter your code there.

If the code is not accepted, it may not actually be enabled for that event or for the chosen race fee. Codes are created by the organiser: in case of problems you can always reach the event’s race office from the Contact us button: select the event and send an email to the race office’s address shown there.

Please note: the codes described in this article are discount codes, not codes to unlock reserved fees: they are two different types of codes, used in different ways.
