I lost my chip during the race and I'm not in the results

If you lost your chip during the race and didn’t report it at the finish line, we can try to recover your performance from the camera recordings.

Open a report from the contact form with as many details as possible:

• the GPX track from your smartwatch;
• what you were wearing: it helps us spot you in the video recording of the finish;
• the name or bib number of anyone who crossed the finish line with you.
