I can't find my name in the results

Before opening a report, two quick checks:

• The right race: make sure you selected the race and distance you actually took part in.
• The last update time: results are not always live; if you crossed the finish line a short while ago, your time may not have been published yet. The last update is shown in the left panel, below the results menus.

And two special cases:

• in international running events, unaffiliated foreign athletes registered as non-competitive/tourist entries may appear in a separate ranking, with a name like “Tourists” or “Unaffiliated foreign athletes”;
• in cycling events the chip may have been wrongly associated, or not associated at all.

If you still can’t find yourself, open a report from the contact form with as many details as possible:

• what you were wearing: it helps us spot you in the video recording of the finish;
• the name or bib number of anyone who crossed the finish line with you;
• the chip number, if you raced with a personal or day chip.
