I finished before someone but they rank ahead of me

Check whether the race rules provide for results based on chip time (net time): in that case, someone who crossed the finish line after you, but with a better chip time, will rank ahead of you.

If you believe this is not the case, open a report from the contact form with as many details as possible:

• the GPX track from your smartwatch;
• what you were wearing: it helps us spot you in the video recording of the finish;
• the name or bib number of anyone who crossed the finish line with you.
