If you withdraw or cannot take part, it is the event's race regulations that describe the conditions for any refund: the request must therefore be made to the event's race office. Often no refund is available, but if the regulations allow it you can ask the race office about alternatives such as a transfer to the next edition or a name change. In this case, press the Contact us button and follow the steps: select the event and send an email to the race office's address shown there. If instead you took out the Refund Policy at registration time, the request must be submitted to the insurance company: you will find how to proceed there.
