I took out the insurance policy, how do I claim a refund

If you took out the Refund Policy during registration, the information pack was sent to you together with the order confirmation, in a specific policy activation email: you will find it in your inbox.

To activate the refund, follow the steps set out in the information pack, which include contacting the insurance company directly in the ways indicated.

As this is an insurance product, the claim is handled entirely by the insurance company: ENDU cannot intervene in the request.
