I took out the insurance policy, how do I claim a refund

During registration you added the cancellation policy: it is a real insurance cover, which we can offer on events only through a partner company. For this reason refund requests are not handled by ENDU, but directly by the insurance company.

The request must be sent by email to claims@netinsurance.it: we recommend writing to them directly, so the claim gets started right away. At this link you find the policy information pack, with the conditions, the documents to attach and the deadlines to respect.
