My race time has disappeared

If your result was there and then disappeared, an anomaly may have been detected during the post-race checks, leading to a disqualification.

If you believe the disqualification is not correct, open a report from the contact form with as many details as possible:

• the GPX track from your smartwatch;
• what you were wearing: it helps us spot you in the video recording of the finish;
• the name or bib number of anyone who crossed the finish line with you.
