I have two ENDU profiles, how do I merge them

You may end up with two ENDU profiles: for example if you registered for an event with a different email than your usual profile, or if you created a new account without realising you already had one.

Registrations, orders, results and photos stay linked to the profile they were created with: you cannot merge them yourself from your personal area.

Profiles are merged manually by ENDU support, upon your explicit request. Open a ticket from the official form telling us:

1. The two email addresses (or profiles) involved.
2. Which one you want to keep as your main profile.
3. What needs to be moved (for example a registration, an order, your results).

Before merging two profiles we always run a check: write to us from the email address of one of the two accounts involved.
